Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with the Principal Investigator on research projects related to end-of-life care for persons with disabilities and their families.
- Conduct advanced data analysis and prepare manuscripts for research projects.
- Manage projects independently, prepare proposals, and mentor junior research staff.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree in Social Work, Psychology, Statistics, Public Health, or a related discipline.
- Sound knowledge of quantitative research methods and good command of written English.
- Prior experience and interest in palliative care, end-of-life care, and public health are highly desirable.
- Knowledge in mathematics, biostatistics, advanced statistical techniques, database management, and machine learning/AI would be advantageous.
Appointment
- One-year or two-year temporary term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
