Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct independent and collaborative scholarly research in global health.
Publish research articles in high-impact journals and secure competitive grants.
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and supervise research students.
Perform administrative duties within the School.

Hold a Ph.D. or equivalent in public health, epidemiology, economics, political science, geography, or related discipline.
Demonstrate prior research experience in development studies, health systems research, or implementation science.
Show strong track record of high-quality research through publications and external grants.
Have international recognition and ability to work across disciplines on new research initiatives.
Demonstrate commitment to teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Tenure-track with initial three-year fixed-term contract, possibility of renewal, and consideration for tenure before expiry of second three-year contract; exceptionally outstanding candidates may receive immediate tenure.
