Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct independent and collaborative scholarly research in global health.
Publish research articles in high-impact journals and attract competitive grants.
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and supervise research students.
Perform administrative duties within the School of Public Health.
Lead and document field interventions and engage with global health partners.

Ph.D. degree or equivalent in public health, epidemiology, economics, political science, geography, medical anthropology, medical sociology, international health law, or related discipline.
Prior research experience in development studies, health systems research, global public health, primary health care, or implementation science.
Strong track record of high-quality research demonstrated by publications and external grants.
International recognition with ability to work across disciplines on new research initiatives.
Commitment to teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Tenure-track position with three-year fixed-term contract and possibility of renewal.
Consideration for tenure before expiry of second three-year fixed-term contract.
Exceptionally outstanding candidates may be considered for appointment on tenure terms.
Appointment rank determined based on qualifications and experience.
