Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct independent and collaborative scholarly research on health-risk behaviours and behaviour change.
- Publish research articles in high-impact journals and secure competitive research grants.
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and supervise research postgraduate students.
- Perform administrative duties as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Ph.D. degree or equivalent in health/clinical psychology or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate prior research experience in psychological, social, and contextual barriers to healthier lifestyles.
- Maintain a strong track record of high-quality research publications and external grant success.
- Show evidence of international recognition and ability to work across disciplines.
- Commit to teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Appointment
- Full-time — three-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal and consideration for tenure before expiry of second three-year contract; exceptionally outstanding candidates may be appointed on tenure terms.
