Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver collaborative projects on live-attenuated vaccine strategies targeting influenza and other respiratory diseases.
- Lead projects with either an immunology focus on immune mechanisms or a molecular virology focus on vaccine development.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. in biological or medical sciences with experience in B and T cell immunology, virology, or microbiology.
- Proven research track record with strong communication skills and fluent spoken and written English.
- Organized, detail-oriented, responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in teams.
- Prior experience with respiratory viruses, vaccine or drug development, or innate immunity is advantageous.
Appointment
- One-year or two-year temporary contract, renewable subject to funding and performance.
