Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyse large-scale trajectory and mobility datasets related to transport electrification.
- Develop transport and EV-related models for charging behavior and infrastructure planning.
- Conduct research on electric vehicle charging behavior and infrastructure planning.
- Prepare manuscripts for publication in leading international journals.
- Contribute to competitive research grant proposal development.
- Undertake other research-related duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD in Transportation Engineering, Transport Geography, Urban Analytics, Urban Planning, Computer Science, or related field.
- Demonstrated research experience in transport electrification, EV charging behavior, or charging infrastructure planning.
- Strong expertise in processing and analysing large-scale GPS trajectory or mobility datasets.
- Solid skills in transportation modelling, spatial analysis, statistical modelling, or machine learning.
- At least three first-authored articles published or accepted in Q1 journals.
- Experience preparing competitive research grant proposals (advantageous).
- Strong academic writing skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
