Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and develop administrative workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Handle procurement, payments, accounting documentation, and financial audits.
  • Plan and execute programme activities including meetings, seminars, and public events.
  • Coordinate on-site event logistics, resource management, and post-event evaluation.
  • Track project progress and prepare regular reports with optimization recommendations.
  • Supervise supporting staff and perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 2 years' post-qualification work experience, preferably in tertiary education or public sector office administration.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
