Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and develop administrative workflows to improve efficiency.
- Handle procurement, payments, accounting documentation, and financial audits.
- Plan and execute programme activities including meetings, seminars, and public events.
- Coordinate on-site event logistics, resource management, and post-event evaluation.
- Track project progress and prepare regular reports with optimization recommendations.
- Supervise supporting staff and perform other assigned duties as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 2 years' post-qualification work experience, preferably in tertiary education or public sector office administration.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
