Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach courses and develop curriculum in urban finance, urban planning, governance and related fields.
- Conduct high-quality independent research.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on research projects.
- Undertake administrative service.
- Foster engagement and collaboration with professional institutions, public agencies and industry partners.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a doctoral degree.
- Have strong academic background in urban finance, urban planning, or urban governance.
- Demonstrate outstanding research achievement and record commensurate with career stage.
- Professional qualifications or standing in planning, surveying, or equivalent institutions (preferred).
- Teaching experience in relevant fields (preferred).
Appointment
- Contract basis for up to three years initially, renewable with potential for substantive appointment
