Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality research and generate scholarly publications or significant research outputs.
- Initiate and support research projects, securing external grants, funding, and donations.
- Strengthen academic networks through collaborations with local and overseas institutions.
- Provide leadership in programme and curriculum development at undergraduate to postgraduate levels.
- Engage with colleagues and research postgraduate students on research-related activities.
- Participate actively in the University's community.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a doctoral degree in relevant area(s).
- Demonstrate active research capacity and potential with proven track record.
- Be fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese; knowledge of Cantonese preferred.
- Possess understanding of Hong Kong and/or China's educational context.
- Have international experience (preferred).
- For Associate Professor: demonstrate strong research output, publications, and impact in relevant areas.
- For Associate Professor: knowledge of or focus on higher education in Asia, China, or the Greater Bay Area (preferred).
