Duties & Responsibilities

Provide academic leadership in planning, development, and review of academic programmes in Construction, Environment and Engineering.
Lead curriculum development and learning and teaching strategies for programme modules.
Conduct research in Automation and Robotics, Industrial Internet of Things, Data Analytics, and System Engineering.
Teach and supervise student work while delivering quality programmes.
Lead scholarly activities including research, consultancy, and industry collaboration.
Maintain contacts with industry, commerce, and educational institutions for collaborative programmes.

Hold a recognised Doctoral degree in Automation Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or related field.
Demonstrate relevant teaching experience at tertiary level and achievement in research and scholarly activities.
Have professional practice experience in relevant fields.
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with high proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
Preferred: proven record of linkage with industry or professional bodies.
