Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with literature review and survey item development for a project on digital literacy and AI literacy in intercultural competence.
- Recruit participants and coordinate online questionnaire distribution via multiple channels.
- Manage and conduct preliminary analysis of survey data.
- Design digital and multimodal materials such as recruitment posts, infographics, and presentation slides.
- Support preparation of publications, conference presentations, and workshops.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics, English, Education, Communication, or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Strong digital multimodal skills including visual design, video/social media content, and online survey tools.
- Well-organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently with diverse student populations.
- Preference for Master's degree in related fields and experience in research data collection and analysis.

- Full-time or Part-time, 12-month appointment with possibility of extension
