Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and lead an independent research agenda in English Applied Linguistics or Literary and Cultural Studies.
Actively seek and secure external research grants to support research activities.
Publish research findings in high-impact peer-reviewed journals and present at regional and international conferences.
Collaborate with faculty, participate in research seminars, and engage with postgraduate students.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

PhD degree or equivalent qualification with relevant professional and research experience.
Strong record of high-quality research and publications.
Clear potential to attract external research funding.
Successful grant acquisition record preferred.
Research focus aligned with departmental strengths in English Applied Linguistics or Literary and Cultural Studies.
