Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research on university students' learning through generative AI-supported activities.
- Design and implement research instruments.
- Collect, code, and analyze learner-AI dialogue data and learning process data.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses.
- Prepare research reports, manuscripts, and publications for academic journals and conferences.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Learning Sciences, Educational Technology, Psychology, or related discipline.
- Demonstrable research experience in GenAI-supported learning and technology-enhanced learning.
- Sound knowledge of Learning Sciences theories and research methodologies.
- Proven experience in qualitative and quantitative educational research with proficiency in data analysis software.
- Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both English and Chinese.
Appointment
- Full-time, 5-month contract (renewable subject to satisfactory performance)
