Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in research on barriers to healthcare utilization focusing on financial affordability, geographic accessibility and health literacy.
- Coordinate day-to-day project running including ethics applications, progress reports, and population telephone surveys with external contractors.
- Conduct data cleaning, management, and statistical analysis including regression, latent class analysis and choice modelling.
- Perform geospatial analysis of travel times and conduct literature reviews.
- Prepare publications and reports for dissemination.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, statistics, health economics, geography or related disciplines.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese with strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Essential knowledge of quantitative skills and statistical analysis with proficiency in R, Python or Stata.
- Highly preferred experience in project/survey coordination, survey data analysis, discrete choice experiments, latent class analysis or geospatial analysis in health services research or health economics.
