Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead independent research projects at the intersection of AI virtual cell modeling, epigenetics, and stem cell biology.
- Develop AI/multimodal models integrating single-cell omics and spatial transcriptomics to simulate virtual cells and organoids.
- Investigate epigenetic regulation in stem cell fate decisions and disease modeling using AI predictive tools.
- Mentor students and secure external research funding.
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and validate computational models through wet-lab experiments.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD in Biomedical Sciences, Bioinformatics, Stem Cell Biology, Epigenetics, Computational Biology, or related field.
- 3–5 years of postdoctoral experience with strong publication record in high-impact journals.
- Expertise in at least two areas: AI/machine learning for biological modeling, epigenetics, or stem cell research.
- Experience with CRISPR, organoid technology, or mRNA therapeutics is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in interdisciplinary settings.
Appointment
- Full-time, 3-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal based on performance and funding availability.
