Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead independent research projects in AI-driven virtual cell modeling, epigenetics, and stem cell biology.
- Develop AI/multimodal models integrating single-cell omics, spatial transcriptomics, epigenomics, and proteomics.
- Investigate epigenetic regulation in stem cell fate decisions and disease modeling using AI predictive tools.
- Combine computational frameworks with wet-lab validation in human iPSC-derived neural models and organoids.
- Mentor students, secure external funding, and publish in top-tier journals.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD in Biomedical Sciences, Bioinformatics, Stem Cell Biology, Epigenetics, Computational Biology, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of postdoctoral experience with strong publication record in high-impact journals.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least two of: AI/machine learning for biological modeling, epigenetics, or stem cell research.
- Experience with CRISPR, organoid technology, or mRNA therapeutics preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in interdisciplinary settings.
Appointment
- Full-time, 3-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to performance and funding availability.
