Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct applied and methodological work in epidemiological and statistical research using a large population-based cohort of over 46,000 participants.
- Perform power/sample size estimation and generate tables and figures for reports and presentations.
- Write scientific publications, grant proposals, and research reports.
- Assist with general administrative and operational duties as assigned.
- For one post: contribute to the World Health Organization World Mental Health Survey Initiative and Composite International Diagnostic Interview research.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Possess a doctoral degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrate strong quantitative background and experience with statistical software (R, STATA, SAS, or equivalent).
- Show expertise in analysing large and complex datasets.
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Advantageous: proficiency in longitudinal analyses, multilevel modelling, data visualisation, and advanced statistical methods.
Appointment
- RAP: Fixed-term contract of two to three years
- PDF: Temporary contract of one to three years
