Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct applied and methodological work in epidemiological and statistical research using a large population-based cohort.
Perform power/sample size estimation and generate tables and figures for reports and presentations.
Write scientific publications, grant proposals, and reports.
Assist with general administrative, operational, and assigned duties; RAP appointees may oversee the cohort team.

Hold a doctoral degree (Ph.D., D.Sc., Dr.P.H., or equivalent) in epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or related disciplines.
Possess strong quantitative background and experience analyzing epidemiological data using R, STATA, SAS, or other statistical packages.
Demonstrate expertise in analyzing large and complex datasets with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams; proficiency in longitudinal analyses and multilevel modelling is advantageous.

RAP: Full-time, fixed-term contract of 2–3 years, with contract-end gratuity and university retirement scheme contributions (up to 15% of basic salary).
PDF: Full-time, temporary appointment of 1–3 years.
