Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily operations, enhancements, and support of learning platforms including the Moodle-based Learning Management System and mobile app.
Manage development, maintenance, enhancement, and integration of e-learning platforms to support teaching and learning across the institution.
Lead system implementation, upgrades, testing, and deployment while ensuring service quality, availability, security, and scalability.
Support adoption and integration of AI technologies into teaching, learning, and administrative processes through collaborative solution development.
Provide second-tier technical support for complex system issues and coordinate with IT teams and external vendors for incident resolution.
Manage project activities including requirements gathering, solution design, resource planning, vendor coordination, and budget monitoring.
Supervise and mentor team members while contributing to continuous improvement of team processes and technical capabilities.
Support planning and implementation of digital transformation and educational technology initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience with at least 5 years in development, implementation, or management of e-learning systems.
Proven experience in project delivery, team supervision, system implementation, and stakeholder coordination.
Strong technical knowledge of system development, application integration, cloud platforms, web technologies, and mobile applications.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Experience with Learning Management Systems, particularly Moodle, is advantageous.
Experience in AI technologies, learning analytics, chatbot development, or AI-enabled solutions is highly desirable.
Higher education sector experience and familiarity with digital transformation projects are distinct advantages.
