Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform advanced level of data analysis using quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Advance knowledge based on data and disseminate findings through peer-reviewed journals and other means.
- Draft reports and presentations relevant to the project.
- Mentor early career research staff.
- Support and perform other duties as assigned by the Project Director.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Nursing, Counseling, Public Health, Psychology, Behavioral Health, Mental Health or related discipline.
- One year of post-qualification working experience.
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English.
- Ability to multi-task and work on tight schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team.
- Proficiency in statistical software packages including SPSS and R for large and complex data analysis.
- Experience in overseeing W-RCTs is an advantage.
