Duties & Responsibilities

Travel to designated survey sites to conduct in-person, door-to-door, and telephone surveys with respondents.
Strictly follow survey protocols, sampling methodologies, and screening processes to ensure valid data collection.
Create a safe and supportive environment for respondents while handling questions, objections, or refusals with empathy.
Maintain strict confidentiality and secure handling of all respondent information and collected data.
Use mobile devices and basic data entry applications to record survey information accurately.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with comfort in deeply personal conversations.
High accuracy in listening, following complex routing protocols, and recording information.
Ability to remain emotionally grounded when listening to difficult accounts while maintaining professional boundaries.
Willingness to travel and remain at survey sites and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Previous experience in counselling, social work, victim advocacy, healthcare, or research with vulnerable populations is advantageous.

Temporary contract — 3 months, commencing as soon as possible; competitive hourly rate offered with mandatory 5% MPF contribution; project-based with potential for future data collection campaigns.
