Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach postgraduate courses in international relations, global governance, and/or public policy.
- Conduct rigorous empirical research on governance, law, and geopolitics related to frontier technologies.
- Contribute to programme development at postgraduate level.
- Assume service and administrative responsibilities as appropriate.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. in economics, public policy, politics, or closely related field such as JD in international or administrative law.
- Demonstrated expertise in comparative design, governance, and implementation of AI or other frontier technologies.
- Teaching and research experience in areas such as algorithmic accountability, innovation, international legal risk, or conflict resolution.
- Proven track record or strong potential for research excellence, scholarly publications, and securing competitive external funding.
Appointment
- Full-time, three-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal and consideration for tenure before expiry of a second three-year contract.
