Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in campus expansion projects relating to quality and safety management.
- Monitor and supervise site works and interface works on a day-to-day basis.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control activities.
- Oversee on-site and off-site testing as directed.
- Monitor site housekeeping and safety compliance.
- Liaise with project teams, maintenance and operations teams, Safety Office, consultants and government authorities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering or equivalent disciplines.
- At least 8 years' post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory/responsible position in project management and site supervision.
- Valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) or equivalent.
- Good communication skills, self-motivation, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
- Site supervision experience in large-scale, institutional, DfMA or MiC projects is an advantage.
Appointment
- Full-time fixed-term contract for 2 years, renewable subject to satisfactory performance.
