Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct independent and collaborative scholarly research in health economics, policy, or management.
- Publish research articles in high-impact journals and secure competitive grants.
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and supervise research students.
- Perform administrative duties as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Ph.D. degree or equivalent in economics, health economics, policy, management, or related discipline.
- Demonstrate prior research experience in applied health economics, health systems analysis, health policy, or health system management.
- Possess a strong track record of high-quality research evidenced by publications and external grants.
- Show international recognition and ability to work across disciplines on new research initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong commitment to teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Appointment
- Full-time, three-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal and consideration for tenure before expiry of second three-year contract, subject to satisfactory performance; exceptionally outstanding candidates may be offered tenure.
