Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct independent and collaborative scholarly research in epidemiology and biostatistics.
- Publish research articles in high-impact journals and secure competitive grants.
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and supervise research postgraduate students.
- Perform administrative duties within the division.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree or equivalent in epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or related discipline.
- Prior research experience in infectious disease modelling and epidemiology.
- Strong track record of high-quality research demonstrated by publications and external grants.
- International recognition with demonstrated ability to work across disciplines on new research initiatives.
- Strong commitment to teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Appointment
- Full-time, three-year fixed-term contract (renewable with possibility of tenure consideration; exceptional candidates may be offered tenure).
