Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the respective School in achieving excellence in teaching, learning, research, and scholarship.
- Manage expanding research portfolios and clinical and teaching activities.
- Foster academic collaboration within and outside the Faculty and University.
- Pursue new strategic directions for School development.
- Support professional engagement programmes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven record of excellence in research, teaching, and knowledge exchange.
- Distinguished track record of research and scholarship in the relevant field.
- Substantial experience teaching in tertiary institutions.
- Evidence of international recognition for scholarship and professional expertise.
- Understanding of the East Asia context, particularly Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland.
- Relevant undergraduate degree and Ph.D. in the field (e.g., Chinese Medicine or Nursing).
