Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead respective School in achieving excellence in teaching, learning, research, and scholarship.
- Support the Faculty's expanding research portfolio and clinical activities.
- Foster academic collaboration within and outside the Faculty and University.
- Pursue new strategic directions for School development.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven record of excellence in research, teaching, and knowledge exchange.
- Recognized undergraduate degree in Chinese Medicine or primary nursing qualification registrable with local regulators.
- Ph.D. degree in Chinese Medicine, Nursing, or related healthcare fields.
- Substantial experience teaching in tertiary institutions.
- Evidence of international recognition for scholarship and professional expertise.
- Understanding of East Asia context, particularly Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland.
