Duties & Responsibilities

Plan, develop, coordinate and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in relevant disciplines.
Provide leadership in programme development, management, quality assurance, and accreditation activities.
Conduct high-quality research and scholarly activities.
Contribute to departmental, faculty, and university service.

Doctoral degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related social science discipline.
Strong research profile with track record of publications in reputable journals.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Proven track record of programme leadership and academic administration.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Putonghua.
Research and teaching interests in public policy, public administration, AI governance, sustainability, global affairs, China Studies, or related fields.
