Senior Manager (Governance and Compliance)

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and implement governance and compliance frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements and institutional policies.
Lead compliance monitoring, risk assessment, and reporting to senior management and governing bodies.
Manage internal audits, investigations, and corrective action processes.
Provide governance and compliance advisory services to departments and senior leadership.
Oversee compliance training programmes and maintain governance documentation.

Bachelor's degree in law, business, public administration, or related field with 8+ years of governance and compliance experience.
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong regulatory environment, corporate governance standards, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
Professional qualification in governance, compliance, or audit is preferred.
