Duties & Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and improve hall admission systems, hostel management platforms, and related databases.
Organize, validate, and standardize datasets while establishing data management guidelines.
Apply statistical methods and data analysis to support technology integration and process improvement.
Conduct regular data audits and procedural reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Provide user support, troubleshoot system issues, and handle enquiries from staff and stakeholders.
Conduct training workshops and prepare user manuals and system documentation.
Liaise with departments and residence management offices on housing operations and systems.
Coordinate residential initiatives and maintain websites, resources, reports, and presentations.

Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Statistics, Business Operations, Social Sciences, or related field.
3 to 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Experience in database management systems, system implementation, data management, or higher education administration.
Strong analytical ability and experience organizing and analyzing complex datasets.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, workflow automation tools, VBA, and SQL.
Experience with Power BI, AI solutions, and visual design tools (advantageous).
Ability to prepare user guides, conduct training, and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Fluent English and Chinese (native Cantonese fluency required), with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Fixed-term contract — 2 years with contract-end gratuity and up to 10% University retirement benefit contribution; renewal subject to project funding and mutual agreement.
