Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement programmes to help international students adapt to local academic, social, and cultural environments.
- Organize orientation activities, cultural exchange events, and social integration programmes.
- Provide assistance and guidance to students facing adjustment, well-being, or crisis challenges.
- Plan and execute publicity strategies across digital and social media platforms to promote services and events.
- Create engaging multimedia content tailored to diverse student communities.
- Revamp the website to enhance accessibility and user experience for international students.
- Recruit, train, and manage student ambassadors to support programme delivery.
- Collaborate with internal units and external partners to strengthen support networks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2–5 years of relevant post-qualification administrative experience.
- Experience in event management, marketing, multimedia publicity, or tertiary education preferred.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in Cantonese or Putonghua preferred.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, publicity, and multimedia content creation required.
- Genuine passion for student support, cultural integration, and proactive engagement.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms popular among international students.
Appointment
- Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal; includes contract-end gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefits scheme (up to 10% of basic salary); to commence as soon as possible.
