Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach and deliver lectures and tutorials in hotel operations management modules.
- Develop curriculum, teaching materials, and assessment items for the Bachelor of Arts programme.
- Support student learning and participate in departmental academic and scholarly activities.
- Provide academic and administrative support services for the hotel operations management programme.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognised Master's degree (preferably doctoral) in Law, Business Management, or related discipline.
- Have at least 4 years of relevant teaching experience at tertiary level or professional experience in hospitality industry.
- Demonstrate sound understanding of Hong Kong's legal system if teaching Business Ethics & Law.
- Meet Putonghua proficiency requirements if teaching Staff Training & Development module.
