Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct academic research on large language models and generative AI.
- Build and develop LLM prototypes and technologies.
- Contribute to data curation, model training, and application development.
- Participate in project management and productization of research outcomes.
- Support HKGAI center activities and initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field (doctorate required for Post-doctoral Fellow/Research Associate positions).
- Deep expertise in LLM-related areas such as data curation, pre-training, fine-tuning, or prompt engineering.
- Proficiency with LLM R&D frameworks such as Megatron, DeepSpeed, or similar tools.
- Strong track record of academic publications in relevant areas.
- Proficiency in programming languages including Python, C/C++, or Shell.
