Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development of an AI-driven gamification platform for neurodiverse career development.
- Develop user-facing features and translate UX designs into responsive, scalable applications.
- Design authoring interfaces for procedurally generated scenarios and AI-driven item authoring with behavioral profiling.
- Implement conversational and voice-enabled interfaces for user interaction.
- Design interactive dashboards and reporting tools with AI explanations and career-fit recommendations.
- Collaborate with development and research teams on AI component integration and optimize applications for performance across devices.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or related discipline.
- Strong practical experience in front-end technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, and Material Design.
- Strong practical experience in back-end technologies including Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and Python/Flask.
- Experience with accessibility standards and usability testing, preferably for neurodiverse users.
- Demonstrated ability to build reusable component libraries and responsive UI/UX designs.
- Experience with Git, agile methodologies, and proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
