Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct productive and innovative research and design aligned with expertise and Division goals.
- Teach core and elective seminars and design studio courses in Bachelor and Master's programs.
- Attract and supervise PhD students.
- Participate in shaping Division culture through teaching and administrative responsibilities.
- Engage in building regional and international academic partnerships.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a terminal degree in Landscape Architecture.
- Preference given to those with professional qualifications and/or Ph.D. in Landscape Architecture.
- Demonstrate emerging record of research, teaching, and design through peer-reviewed scholarship and funding success.
- Experience in award-winning professional or creative practice is valued.
- Potential for building partnerships at the intersection of landscape architecture, ecology, and technology is favored.
Appointment
- Full-time, three-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal and consideration for tenure before expiry of second three-year contract; exceptionally outstanding Professor/Associate Professor candidates may be considered for tenure-track appointment.
