Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for daily office operations.
- Perform secretarial and clerical duties including procurement, payment documentation, data entry, and meeting minutes preparation.
- Assist in programme activities, meetings, interviews, seminars, and public events.
- Support academic and student-related affairs, document vetting, room booking, and visa applications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Completed secondary education with Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects including Chinese and English.
- At least 2 years' post-qualification work experience, preferably in office administration in tertiary education or public organisations.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Competency in MS Office and other IT applications.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills with self-motivation and commitment.
