Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for daily office operations.
  • Perform secretarial and clerical duties including procurement, payment documentation, data entry, and meeting minutes preparation.
  • Assist in programme activities, meetings, interviews, seminars, and public events.
  • Support academic and student-related affairs, document vetting, room booking, and visa applications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Completed secondary education with Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects including Chinese and English.
  • At least 2 years' post-qualification work experience, preferably in office administration in tertiary education or public organisations.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Cantonese and Putonghua.
  • Competency in MS Office and other IT applications.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills with self-motivation and commitment.
