Research Assistant (External Fund) (carrying the job title of ‘AI Outdoor Education Officer’)

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and delivering teacher training workshops on the EduVenture-AI outdoor learning app.
Provide on-site technical support to teachers and students during school field trips.
Liaise with schools on training, itinerary planning, and field-trip technical support.
Research and digitise field-based content for AI-supported outdoor learning materials.
Compile user feedback, conduct data analysis, and present findings for platform refinement.
Facilitate evaluation and review of EduVenture-AI effectiveness with stakeholders.
Assist with team operations, promotion, logistics, and inquiry handling.
Perform other duties as assigned by the team manager.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Preferably one to two years of relevant work experience (not essential; fresh graduates welcome).
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Good computer literacy and ability to troubleshoot mobile devices and applications.
Outgoing personality with strong communication and organisational skills.
Keen interest in AI-supported teaching, outdoor learning, and exploring environments.
Willingness to undertake outdoor duties, travel to field locations, and work irregular hours including evenings and weekends.
Experience in school liaison, educational technology, workshop and field-trip facilitation is advantageous.

Full-time, contract basis for up to one year (renewable subject to performance and mutual agreement).
