Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct literature reviews and prepare research instruments, materials, questionnaires, and interview protocols.
Coordinate and carry out data collection activities including tests, surveys, interviews, focus groups, and observations with multiple stakeholders.
Manage data processing, transcription, coding, and quantitative and qualitative analyses using appropriate tools.
Assist in preparing research reports, journal manuscripts, conference presentations, grant applications, and educational materials.
Supervise and mentor part-time research assistants, student helpers, and interns.

Bachelor's degree preferably in psychology, social sciences, education, or related disciplines.
Relevant post-qualification full-time working experience or equivalent qualification.
High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Mastery of statistical analysis and applications.
Good multi-tasking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Knowledge of language learning and experience supporting diverse learners preferred.
