Duties & Responsibilities
- Organize alumni engagement activities including mentorship programmes and roundtable events.
- Manage mentor and mentee communities professionally and effectively.
- Coordinate alumni souvenir initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Oversee alumni community engagement across various communication channels.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of full-time work experience.
- Experience in tertiary institution, education sector, or social service organization preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese with Putonghua fluency as an advantage.
- Self-starter with positive attitude, strong multitasking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in teams with passion for working with youth and young adults.
Appointment
- Full-time, 2-year fixed-term contract with renewal possibility subject to satisfactory performance.
