Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain corporate and recruiting partnerships for MBA programmes.
- Promote MBA talent to employers and identify suitable career opportunities for students.
- Organize recruitment talks, international career treks, leadership and industry forums.
- Manage career resources and provide hands-on project management and event logistics.
- Handle administration and internal reporting for career development initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience in corporate business development, strategic partnerships, recruitment or related fields.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills with commercial mindset.
- Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese highly preferred.
- Passion for student career development with ability to guide and motivate MBA students.
- Sound business acumen and ability to confidently engage corporate partners.
Appointment
- Full-time, 2-year fixed-term contract (renewable) with contract-end gratuity and University retirement benefits contribution up to 10% of basic salary.
